NATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR YOUTH SPORTS
The National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) is a comprehensive resource for Coaches and Parents to understand the challenges that todays youth athletes face.
Their training include topics such as Mental Health in Youth Sports, Bullying Prevention, Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, and many Sport Specific Trainings. Most of their trainings are free, but they also do have some trainings that have a nominal fee associated with them.
If your young athlete seems to be struggling with sports or needs help, this is a great resource of where to start.
All Raptors Baseball Coaches are required to take either the "Coaching Youth Baseball 8U and Under" or the "Coaching Youth Baseball 9U and Up."
