1 - Coaches Acknowledgement form *- All coaches, head or assistant must initial, sign and date this form to indicate they have read through and acknowledge the Raptors Mission Statement, current year AYL Rules, Raptors Core Values and the Raptors Code of Conduct. This form must be appropriately initialed, signed and dated then sent to the Director of Baseball, Collin Cacchione at collin@raptorsathletics.org. This form must be completed prior to the start of every new spring
baseball season.
2 - Mission Statement *- All coaches are required to read and exercise their duty as members at large in representing the Raptors organization, athletes and community through its Mission Statement. All coaches are required to follow as well as report any violation within.
3 - AYL Rules Agreement *- All head coaches and assistant coaches are required to read and understand the approved AYL Baseball rules. By signing and returning the acknowledgement form, each coach agrees to follow, uphold, and not deviate from any rule issued. Any issues or disputes regarding the current year baseball rules can be presented to the AYL Baseball Board for review.
4 - Core Values and Code of Conduct *- All coaches are required to read and exercise their duty as members at large in representing the Raptors organization, athletes and community through its Core Values and Code of Conduct. All coaches are required to follow as well as report any violation within.
Concussion Training- Coaches are required to complete concussion training ANNUALLY. Coaches will not be allowed to participate in any team activities without a current concussion training completion certificate on file with Raptors Athletics.

Head Coach Application *- All head coaches must fill out the attached application and submit to Collin Cacchione, Director of Baseball for review. Please send completed application to: Collin@raptorsathletics.org. All applications will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. This form only needs to be filled out once, prior to the first year of coaching with Raptors Baseball. Every head coach must have a application on file.
Pitching Sheet *- This document is required to have on hand for all AYL games. Coaches must keep their pitching sheets in their binders in case of protests for validation. See AYL rules for additional clarification and guidelines.
Score Reporting 2023 *- - BOTH TEAMS coaches must report their final game score within 24 hours of completion of the game. These are the instructions to follow on how to report scores.
Team Communications Instructions *- - League Athletics allows to directly communicate through their team site. These instructions will help you walk through the process of communicating with parents during the season.
